Hello,
I wanted to check that the emissions factors per million $ production are based on the prices of the year the models were developed. e.g. 2002 Benchmark producer price model uses the 2002 as originally in the model?

Yes, you are correct, so you'd have to convert to dollars for whatever year of the model you're using. ("Monetary unit" in the 2002 producer price model documentation shows that the monetary unit is 2002 USD.)
