EIO-LCA Tutorial - Step 1: Select a sector for analysis
Once you have selected a major industry group, the industry sectors within that group appear in the middle panel. The industry sectors divide the economy into 491 divisions with facilities with similar processes grouped together. Reading through the list, you see sectors related to manufacturing such vehicles as automobiles, trucks, aircraft, boats, and bicycles. Use the scroll bar on the right to see items at the bottom of the list. The sector that likely includes cars is sector 336110 Automobile and light truck manufacturing. Choose that sector.
