I am trying to adjust IMPLAN value added by a method that uses eio coefficients to impact in-commuting and productivity. Is it possible to down load the data for a certain county, a sample since I am only creating a framework? I assume there is a coefficient for each industry. Does that coefficient have any objective or subjective valuation of the impact to the environment? Can the coefficient be linked to an index of impact? In other words a way to scale the magnitude- maybe coal production being the worst and Retail (not much better) the best.
Are you aware of any others who have done this type of work?

A few notes on your questions:

-There are a few state level models on our site, but we don't have data at the county level in our models. You should likely go to census sources for county scaling data.

-We have not included impact valuations in the 1997 models as there are no widely accepted valuations. In the 1992 models, we included some estimates of conventional air emissions valuations if you wish to look at that. Feel free to apply your own impact valuations by downloading emissions to a spreadsheet and then manipulating with your own weights.
