Our team just started looking into some results for Toxic Releases, and we appreciate how this EIO LCA model automatically breaks down emissions into different impact categories (for instance, "Aquatic eutro kg PO4 Plim" or "Aquatic acidif kg SO2 eq."). However we were also wondering what characterization models were used to determine the characterization factors - was it CML database or TRACI or some other model? Specifically we would like to know what other gases are included in each of these impact categories. For example what goes into SO2eq?

We would appreciate hearing back from anyone with leads on this since we could not find anything in the forums or on the site.

This is a good question, and I would like to know the answer as well. I am prepping to do a simulation on the recent oil spill in to the Yellowstone River.
